Terms of Booking
How requests, quotes and reservations work with MIDFIELD.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These terms apply to all booking requests made through maxcanada-lotto.com or by contacting MIDFIELD directly. By sending a request you confirm that you have read them. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you accept a quote.
1. Our role
MIDFIELD acts as a booking agent. We arrange accommodation and related services on your behalf with hotels and trusted suppliers. The contract for your stay is between you and the hotel, and the hotel's own policies on check-in, deposits, conduct and facilities apply in addition to these terms.
2. Requests and quotes
Submitting the booking form or a message is a request for a quote, not a reservation. Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting rates. We will send a written quote showing the room, total price, taxes and fees we know of, payment method and cancellation terms. A quote is valid for the period stated in it, normally 48 hours, and is subject to availability until you accept it.
3. Confirmation and payment
A reservation exists only once you accept the quote in writing and we send you the hotel's confirmation number. Payment is made either to the hotel directly or through a secure payment link issued by us or our payment provider. We never request full card details by email or phone.
4. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment rules depend on the rate and are stated in your quote. Non-refundable and prepaid rates cannot usually be changed. Where a change is possible, any price difference will be confirmed before it is made. If a hotel cancels or cannot honor a booking, we will help you find a comparable alternative or arrange a refund of any amount paid through us.
5. Age, identification and casino access
The lead guest must meet the hotel's minimum check-in age, which is often 21. Casino areas are restricted to adults of legal gambling age under local law. Hotels and casinos may refuse entry without valid photo ID. MIDFIELD does not provide, promote or facilitate gambling and has no control over casino access decisions.
6. Your responsibilities
Please check that names, dates and guest numbers in your quote are correct. You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance that covers cancellation and medical costs.
7. Liability
We take care in describing hotels, but facilities, restaurants and shows can change or close without notice. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid to MIDFIELD for the affected booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected]. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
